Patient Moments is a decision making framework that allows staff to make a wide range of improvements to most aspects of service delivery. It enables management and staff to quickly and confidently address issues such as:

Patient Moments encourages staff to look at themselves and their surroundings through their patients’ eyes, allowing them to develop a practical understanding of their patients’ experience and:

- Decide what changes they can make to improve delivery of care
- Develop agreement and commitment to implement these changes
- Assess the value and impact of the changes
- Share stories and learning with the wider system
